Yvette offers private (one on one) Yoga Therapy for those who need relief from symptoms or conditions that are troubling them. With her knowledge and continuous study of therapeutic Yoga and Ayurveda, Yvette works to support you through your healing process. Yoga therapy benefits are cumulative although some clients notice benefits just after a few sessions. Yvette is a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
