​Mindful Flow Yoga
These classes are balancing for those who gravitate toward lethargy, sluggishness, have a difficult time "getting going", and are looking to safely build strength, flexibility, endurance, and circulation while maintaining a yogic state (quiet mind). These active, flow style, classes focus on synchronizing breath, the body, and the mind. Although these classes can be physically challenging, our Yoga classes are not intended to be a "work-out".  These classes may not be suitable for anyone with injuries.

Conscious Body Yoga
These classes are balancing for those who gravitate toward irritability, excessive work, and a compulsive "need to be do something".  A "class" setting with "Individual" attention. Mindful movements for releasing stress in the body and cultivating inner peace.  What's appropriate for one person may not be suitable for another, learn how to take care of your unique body. Classes emphasize one's personal connection to their body with the intent to rehabilitate and rejuvenate. These classes are suitable for everyone.

​SPA Yoga Series - Spinal Release  

This type of practice is based on an ancient Yogic concept "To master Yoga, release all effort."
These classes are balancing for everybody.  Spinal Release. A deep yet restorative Yoga practice that gently opens the body from the inside, out. Using precise angles, alignment, supportive props, and hands-on adjustments. These types of Yoga poses are unique in that they are not "stretching" or "strengthening"  but instead "releasing" the muscles. The benefits of therapeutic classes are cumulative so the more you practice, the more benefit you will receive.
WHAT'S "SPA"?  Specialized, Personal, Attention. This is why I limit the class size to 4 people. Each pose requires detail to the body's alignment, time to move into the pose, marinate in the pose, and move out of the pose.........PLUS hands-on adjustments, a blissful & individualized yoga experience in a semi-private setting! BENEFITS Back & Neck Pain, Sleep Disorders, Pelvic Tension, Digestive Disturbances, Anxiety, Stress, Chronic Fatigue, Depression, Pregnancy & Post Natal, Hyper-Mobility of the Joints, Anyone Who Needs to SLOW DOWN. These classes are suitable for everyone. 4 Spaces Available per Series

Yoga Nidra (Guided Meditation)
These classes are balancing for everybody. Yoga Nidra is sleep-like state. Through the voice of the instructor, you are guided into a deep state of conscious (awake) relaxation. This practice helps to reduce anxiety and chronic fatigue. There are no yoga postures done in this class.  The practitioner finds a comfortable position, focuses on breath and listens.  Perfect for those who have a hard time slowing down and who are often "on the go".  No experience necessary.  Suitable for everyone. This class is a pre-registration class, no drop-ins accepted.

Prenatal Yoga
Currently, we do not have a Prenatal yoga class on the schedule. However, our Conscious Body classes are also suitable for expecting and postpartum moms. Classes are designed to bring movement into the body using yoga postures.  Postures will help relieve pregnancy related aches & pains. The classes aim to calm the mind and encourage relaxation, preparing for childbirth, motherhood and beyond. Classes are suitable for all stages of pregnancy.  
Note: If starting yoga for the first time while pregnant, it is recommended to start yoga after the 1st trimester.  Call Yvette if you have any questions or concerns.
YIN - Restorative Yoga
The term “yin yoga” comes from the Taoist tradition. While Yang yoga relates to repetitive movement and creating heat within, it is important to understand that our bodies are made up of yang and yin tissues. Muscles are yang, so in order to be strengthened they must be subject to yang activity (repetitive movement, creating heat). Shorter holds, dynamic stretching (eg sun salutations) target yang tissue – muscles. Longer, static holds enable us to access yin tissue – fascia and connective tissue. We need the combination of yang and yin to keep the joints healthy. Yin yoga – while being a very effective way to open tight hips and hamstrings – goes hand in hand with mindfulness practices. Yin practice allows the body to drop down into the parasympathetic nervous system, and therefore enhances a deep sense of healing and nourishing.
Restorative Yoga with Yoga Nidra
Step away from the constant busy-ness of your every day life and restore a sense of peace within your body and mind. This restorative yoga class involves roughly 5 to 10 poses, completely supported by using props that allow you to relax and turn your attention inward. Supported & held in each pose for 5 minutes or more, this restorative class includes breathing practices, light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle back bends. This class also includes Yoga Nidra, a form of guided meditation to provide you with the opportunity to cultivate more relaxation, deepen self-awareness, and help you feel nurtured. This class is open to all.
Restorative Yoga & Sound Bowl Therapy - Semi Private Series
Limited to 6 people, this 3 week semi-series we will focus on relaxation of the physical body, quieting the busy mind, and calming the nervous system. We will use gentle, supported, yoga postures. While in the postures, Pauline will introduce sound vibrations using Tibetan metal bowls and Crystal bowls. The combination of the yoga postures & sound invoke a deep sense of relaxation, completely free from tension. Sign up for 1 series OR sign up for 3 or more at one time and receive a 20% discount!

Barre 
A fun & energetic workout. Ballet inspired classes with a hint of Pilates, dance and Yoga.These active classes are sure to help burn calories, increase flexibility, and tone & define the entire body. Emphasis on proper alignment, working muscles without putting strain on the joints.  All levels welcome! Our space is limited for this class. If you are interested in taking the class please register online. ​
