Soothe Anxiety
It is described in the yoga tradition that you are a temple with many doors... these doors {eyes, ears, skin, etc} to the world must be nourished and protected... we must enact our power of choice to protect and nourish the mind, body and nervous system. So may we choose all the things that nourish, nurture and protect us at this time.
I want to offer you a 3 week series, online of practice together (including access to recordings in case you can't join live, or to support you in a daily practice between sessions). This offering is currently only going out to our Center for Vital Living community. My hope is to offer a platform for you to slow down, nourish, decompress, and feel well!

Spinal Release - Supportive Yoga
This type of practice is based on an ancient Yogic concept "To master Yoga, release all effort."
These classes are balancing for everybody. Spinal Release. A deep yet restorative Yoga practice that gently softens the body from the inside, out. When the body softens, the mind becomes clear, we sleep better, we feel well! In this practice we use precise angles, alignment, supportive props, breathing practices, and Yoga Nidra to "release all effort". These types of Yoga poses are unique in that they are not "stretching" or "strengthening" but instead "releasing" the muscles. The benefits of therapeutic classes are cumulative so the more you practice, the more benefit you will receive.
